Vor kurzem mussten wir euch schweren Herzens darüber informieren, dass das Sacred Ground Festival 2020 aufgrund des Veranstaltungsverbots und der damit zusammen hängenden Eindämmungsverordnung vom Land Brandenburg nicht stattfinden darf.

Um euch einen Überblick über die momentane Situation zu ermöglichen, haben wir eure wichtigsten Fragen und Antworten zu FAQs zusammengefasst.

Warum wird es kein Sacred Ground Festival 2020 geben?

Der Beschluss der Bundesregierung besagt, dass bis zum 31.08.2020 keine Großveranstaltungen aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie stattfinden dürfen.

Darunter fällt leider auch das Sacred Ground Festival. Auch wenn wir diesen Beschluss sehr bedauern und unglaublich gerne mit euch gefeiert hätten, steht für uns die Sicherheit unserer BesucherInnen, KünstlerInnen und MitarbeiterInnen an erster Stelle.

Wir hatten sehr gehofft, dass wir unter Auflagen / Änderung der Kapazität trotzdem ein Fest organisieren zu können, denn wir leben dafür Gäste und KünstlerInnen zusammen zu bringen. Unser gesamtes Herzblut steckt darin.

Was passiert jetzt mit den Tickets?

Wir wissen, dass die Lage nicht nur für uns, sondern auch für euch äußerst schwierig ist. Nichtsdestotrotz handelt es sich um eine bisher nie dagewesene Situation, in der wir uns alle erst einmal neu orientieren müssen. Wir wünschen uns jedoch nichts mehr, als gemeinsam mit euch ein wunderbares Sacred Ground Festival 2021 zu verbringen. Um dies zu ermöglichen, benötigen wir eure Hilfe und möchten euch deshalb folgende Optionen anbieten.

1. Spendet euer Ticket, rettet dadurch das Sacred Ground Festival und habt für immer einen Platz in unserem Herzen. Als Dank dafür werdet ihr ein Sacred Saver

2. Behaltet euer Ticket für das Sacred Ground Festival 2021. Vorfreude ist bekanntlich die schönste Freude!

Darüber freuen wir uns natürlich am meisten! Durch diese Hilfe tragt ihr euren besonderen Teil dazu bei, die Zukunft des Sacred Ground Festival zu sichern. Damit wir noch unendliche viele schöne und aufregende Sacred Ground Jahre miteinander verbringen können.

Wir wissen dabei aber auch, dass jeder mit unterschiedlichen Gegebenheiten kämpft, weswegen wir euch gerne als Sacred Saver aufnehmen möchten, um euch für eure Solidarität zu danken.

Solltest du das Ticket spenden wollen, schreibe einfach eine Mail an savesacred@sacreground.de und du wirst automatisch zum Sacred Saver.

Was ist ein Sacred Saver?

Bleibt mein Ticket für das Sacred Ground Festival 2021 gültig?

Ja. Alle Tickets behalten auch für das Sacred Ground Festival 2021 ihre Gültigkeit. Damit helft ihr uns ungemein, das Festival zu sichern.

Wir arbeiten momentan an einer Lösung durch unseren Ticketanbieter und werden uns umgehend bei euch melden, sobald die Überschreibung auf das Sacred Ground Festival 2021 möglich ist.

Gilt das auch für mein Car/Camper/Shuttle Ticket?

Ja. Du kannst diese Tickets ebenso spenden oder sie auf das nächste Jahr übertragen.

Muss ich mich für eine der beiden Alternativen entscheiden?

Sollte für dich keine der beiden Möglichkeiten infrage kommen, habt ihr laut des neuen Gesetzes der Gutscheinlösung als Unterstützung für die Kultur- und Freizeitbranche das Recht auf einen Gutschein. Dieses Gesetz besagt, dass alle Tickets und Nutzungsberechtigungen, die vor dem 08.03.2020 gekauft wurden, in Gutscheine umgewandelt werden. Diese Gutscheine sind bis zum 31.12.2021 befristet und können bis dahin eingelöst werden.

Wir arbeiten momentan an der technischen Umsetzung dieser Lösung und werden euch so schnell es geht über die Abwicklung informieren.

Gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Kaufpreis in bar zu erhalten?

 Sollte der Gutschein unzumutbar sein, kann das Ticketgeld in Härtefällen ausgezahlt werden. Bitte kontaktiere uns über diese Mailadresse, falls du dich als Härtefall siehst und lege uns in einer Mail dar, wieso dies auf dich zutrifft. Wir werden anschließend jeden Fall individuell begutachten. Diese Informationen werden selbstverständlich vertraulich behandelt. Bitte beachte jedoch, dass die Auszahlung möglicher Härtefälle frühestens Ende des Jahres durchgeführt werden kann.

Wir möchten an dieser Stelle auch ganz klar zum Ausdruck bringen, dass wir uns über Notsituationen Einzelner bewusst sind und daher auch rechtsgemäß handeln werden.

Kann ich mein Ticket für nächstes Jahr verkaufen?

Da die Tickets nicht personalisiert sind, könnt ihr sie selbstverständlich auch wieder weiterverkaufen.

Wann findest das Sacred Ground 2021 statt?

Wird es 2021 das gleiche Line up geben?

Wir sind mit allen KünstlerInnen des diesjährigen Line ups in Kontakt. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt können wir euch darüber leider noch keine Information geben. Wir geben unser Bestes, auch im nächsten Jahr wieder ein bombastisches Line up auf die Beine zu stellen.

recently we had to inform you that Sacred Ground Festival 2020 cannot take place due to the ban of events by the local authorities.

In order to give you an overview of the current situation, we would like to answer your questions to the best of our ability and summarized the most important questions and answers for you. This is a new situation for us all and we are doing all we can in order to stay on top of the development as well as be there for our community.

Why has Sacred Ground been cancelled this year?

The decision made by the federal government states that no major events may take place until 31.08.2020 due to the corona pandemic. Unfortunately, this includes the Sacred Ground Festival. Even though we regret this decision and would have loved to dance and celebrate with you, the safety of our visitors, artists and employees is our highest priority.

Until the end we hoped that we would be able to organize a festival under certain conditions, as we work for bringing guests and artists together. All of our heart and soul is into it.

What about our tickets?

We know that the situation is presented an exceptional challenge for everyone. Not only for us but also for you. Nevertheless, this is an unknown situation in which we all need to rethink. However, we wanted nothing more than spending a wonderful Sacred Ground with you. To make this possible, we need your help and would like to offer you the following options:

1. Donate your ticket, thereby save Sacred Ground and get a place in our hearts forever. In graduation for this, you will become a Sacred Saver

or

2. Keep your ticket for Sacred Ground 2021. Anticipation is the greatest joy!

I would like to donate my ticket. How does this work?

By donating your ticket, you are helping to save the future of Sacred Ground! Our goal is to share an endless number of beautiful and exciting Sacred Ground experiences and memories together.

As we also know that everyone is struggling with different circumstances at the moment, we would like to welcome you as Sacred Saver as a thank you for your compassion & solidarity.

If you would like to donate the ticket, please send an email to savesacred@sacredground.deand you will automatically become a Sacred Saver.

What is a Sacred Saver?

If you want to donate your ticket, you become a Sacred Saver. These are your advantages as a Sacred Saver:

• 1 bottle of our limited edition SGF design vegan organic “Secco” (sparkling wine) from the family owned vineyard “Weinhaus Siering”
• First to receive information and chance to buy on Early Bird, Campervan and Car tickets
• Special design hard ticket when buying a ticket for 2021

Is my ticket valid for Sacred Ground 2021?

Yes, all tickets remain valid for Sacred Ground 2021 if they are not donated or swapped into a voucher. With this option, you’ll be helping us out in securing the future of the festival. We are currently working on a solution with our ticket provider and will contact you as soon as the ticket can be transferred to Sacred Ground Festival 2021.

Does this also count for my car/camper/shuttle ticket?

Yes, you can donate these tickets as well, transfer them to next year or have them swapped into a voucher.

Are donating or keeping my tickets for next year my only options?

If neither of these two options are suitable for you, you are eligible for a voucher due to the new law on voucher solutions as support for the cultural industry. This law states that all tickets and usage rights purchased before 08.03.2020 will be converted into vouchers. These vouchers are limited until 31.12.2021 and can be used until then. The law also states, that in case the ticket buyer is in a situation of hardship, then there is a possibility to be paid out in cash if these requirements are met.

We are currently working on the technical implementation with our ticketing partner on the voucher options and will inform you about the processing as soon as possible.

Is it possible to receive the ticket price in cash?

Should the voucher be unreasonable for you, the ticket price can be paid out in cases of hardship. Please contact us via mail if you consider yourself a case of hardship and explain in this mail why this applies to you. We will then examine each case individually. This information will of course be treated confidentially. Please note, however, that the payment of possible cases of hardship can be made at the end of the year at the earliest.

At this point we would also like to point out that we are aware of emergency situations of individuals and will therefore act in accordance with the law.

Can I sell my ticket for next year?

Yes, you can.

Is there already a new date for Sacred Ground Festival 2020?

We will keep you updated. Stay tuned!

Will there be the same line-up in 2021?

We are in contact with all artists of this year’s lineup. Many of them have already confirmed their wish to perform next year. Unfortunately, we can’t give you a guarantee for all of them at this point. We will be able to give you more information as soon as we can.
